Volunteer Opportunities

The City of Arvada uses volunteers in several places in the organization but at the present time we do not have a volunteer coordinator and so we do not coordinate volunteers through a single application process.

The Arvada Police Department uses volunteers in a variety of assignments.  If you are interested, you apply on line with the link at the bottom of this page under "links."

The Arvada Reservoir uses volunteers to serve as rangers to check permits, collect fees at the gate, and assist people around the area. Contact Tom Griffiths at 720-898-7416 for more information.

The Arvada Center uses volunteers to help with ushering, children's programs, gallery activities and events, and office work. Contact the Arvada Center at 720-898-7211. To view volunteer positions, click here. To apply for a volunteer position click here.
