Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8)

The Arvada Housing Authority is currently not accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) waiting list.

What is the Housing Choice Voucher Program?

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program is program that is federally regulated and funded through the  U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This program offers rental assistance to very and extra low income families, individuals, the elderly, and the disabled. This helps individuals to afford decent housing in the public market.
