Arvada Liquor Licensing Authority

Arvada's Liquor Licensing Authority considers new applications for liquor licenses, oversees renewals and other administrative tasks, and conducts hearings on alleged violations of the liquor code.  The Authority meets the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 8101 Ralston Road. Appointees are paid $75.00 per meeting. Terms are for three years. You must be a resident of the City of Arvada to apply.

The current members of the Arvada Liquor Licensing Authority are:

  • David Caulder, Chairman Pro Tem
  • Kevin Bonich
  • Jed Ladd
  • Phil Swartzlander


In 2016 there will be two vacancies on this committee. We are no longer accepting applications for these vacancies. Candidates that have applied for consideration will be contacted with more information if selected for interviews. Please check back in December 2016 for future vacancies on this board.
