Police Department General Information

The Arvada Police Department employs nearly 250 full-time personnel to provide police services to the city.  This includes sworn police officers and non-sworn employees. The administrative offices for police operations are located in the Arvada City Hall Building at 8101 Ralston Road and at our two community stations; Lake Arbor Community Station 8110 Vance Drive and West Woods Community Station 6644 Kendrick Drive.  Hours for the administrative offices are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  The police department operates the 911 service for emergency police and fire assistance 24 hours a day.  For routine police information and assistance, call 720-898-6900.  If you have inquiries regarding the release of impounded vehicles, call 720-898-6920.
