Property Zoning

To obtain zoning information about a specific site or lot within the City of Arvada, you need an actual address to access the information. A list of allowed users in each zoning category is available.

View Zoning Maps and choose “Arvada Internet Mapping Service (AIMS).

View list of Allowed Users

NOTE:  (After reaching the zoning map, click Address Search on the left side of the screen, and Zoning on the right side of the screen.  The search box at the bottom only requires the number address, not the street or avenue information.  Hit the submit button and a list of properties will appear.  After locating the address you want, click on the number before the address to obtain the zoning of the property.  If the information does not appear, it is possible the address is not located in the City of Arvada). For more information, call Community Development at 720-898-7435.
