The City of Arvada Parks Department removes snow on approximately 130 miles of bike trails. Crews start work at 5:00 a.m. on week day snow days. Top priority are all school route trails and all city centers, parking lots, and buildings. Priority 2 are secondary trails (non-connector). Priority 3 are internal park trails. The City does not remove snow from privately owned property or soft or natural trails.
