Cable TV and Internet Services

The City is not directly responsible for cable television or internet services; however, all providers are required to have a franchise agreement with the City in order to operate. The franchise agreements regulate the use of City Right-of-Ways and their customer service standards. If you are having problems with your cable/internet provider and have been unable to resolve them with the company, please submit a service request.
