City Council business meetings have a Public Comment period twice during each meeting. These are for items that are not scheduled on that evening's agenda. At the beginning of the meeting there is a three minute time limit per speaker. At the end of the meeting there is a five minute time limit per speaker. You are asked to fill out a Public Comment sign up sheet prior to the meeting and give it to the City Clerk at the end of the front staff table. Always check the meeting date and time prior to coming.
