Revenue Division

The Revenue Division staff strives to help you with your City sales and use tax issues. Some of the services provided by the Revenue staff include:

  • work with taxpayers and the general public to answer questions and understand tax issues 
  • process and issue Business Licenses
  • ​process and collect sales and use tax
  • administer the Resident Rebate Program for qualified residents
  • conduct new business evaluations
  • provide one on one educational tax assistance
  • conduct business audits
  • work with delinquent and unlicensed taxpayers to bring them into compliance
  • review and process general and building/construction refunds
