Judicial (Municipal Court)


The Mission of the Judicial Department is to provide judicial and court record services to defendants, victims, court participants and the general public so they can have a fair and impartial process for determining the consequences of illegal behavior


Arvada Municipal Court handles traffic infractions and criminal citations, municipal code violations, as well as parking violations that occur within the City of Arvada. The court hears arraignments, review hearings, and court/jury trials.


The Court is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., excluding legal holidays.
