Site Development Permit

The City of Arvada oversees construction sites within their jurisdiction to minimize the potential for pollutants to leave the site, including sediment. A Site Development Permit is issued to owners, developers, contractors, or builders who must install and maintain adequate best management practices (BMPs) to control pollutants.
