Park Place Olde Town is designed to be a high quality, upscale multifamily apartment project. Its design includes urban concepts intended to bring exceptional rental housing to Olde Town Arvada. This 153-unit, five-story, elevator-served building project will have one and two-bedroom apartments with three internal courtyards.
Construction began during the summer of 2014; it is anticipated that the first tenants will take residency in the fall of 2015.
Park Place Olde Town will have an emphasis on bicycling and will include a bicycle maintenance facility and storage for bicycles and other recreational gear. The building location will support a healthier Arvada, where citizen can walk to the many restaurants, retail shops and services in Olde Town. Because of its proximity to the Goldline transit station, Park Place Olde Town also offers easy access to the entire Denver metro area with just a short walk to the station.
