2-Soil Reports
1-Fixture count sheet
1-Subcontractor form signed by subcontractor
1-REScheck -custom or master only

1-Drainage plan with contours seperate from site plan

1-Heat calculations (Manual J and Manual D) custom or master only ACCA compliant to 2006 I codes
