Arvada Blunn Reservoir
The Arvada/Blunn Reservoir site, which is owned and operated by the City of Arvada, is open to the public for fishing, hiking, and boating.
The reservoir serves as an important water source for the city of Arvada, supplying the city with 25% of its drinking water. For this reason, sports such as wind surfing, swimming, water skiing, tubing and scuba diving are not permitted. Because of the relatively small size of the reservoir and for water quality reasons, gas-powered boats are prohibited. However, electric trolling motors are permitted. The Arvada Blunn Reservoir is located at 18915 W. 64th Parkway.
