  • Arvada City Charter Review Committee
  • Metro Water Reclamation District Board
  • Colorado Municipal League
  • Colorado Association of Special Districts

On November 10, Mr. Allard was honored at a reception held at the Arvada Center. In attendance were over 70 present and former Arvada leaders including former Mayor Vesta Miller, former City Manager Craig Kocian, former Chief of Police Jerry Williams, and many others who praised Allard for his integrity as a public servant. He received a standing ovation as he stepped to the podium to speak to the attendees, ending his remarks with a variation of a quote made famous by Chief Joseph: "I will do good government no more forever." He received a second standing ovation before stepping away.

Thank you for your service to our community, Councilmember Allard!
