The suspect in each incident is described as a white or Hispanic male between the ages of 20 and 30. He’s between 5’ 5” and 5’ 9” tall, with a thin to medium build.

The individual responsible for these acts exposes his genitals and masturbates in front of women clientele or employees of the impacted businesses. Note: He never enters the businesses. The acts are committed outside of the building.

A unique characteristic about the suspect is that in most situations he mills about the business for up to ½ hour prior to exposing himself to victims. He’s also been associated with a 1990s compact, 4-door, light-colored sedan.

The Arvada Police Department is taking steps to identify and arrest the suspect involved in these crimes. Area businesses are being contacted about the incidents; investigators are contacting registered sex offenders in the city, and officers are working with other law enforcement agencies to determine if there are similar incidents in neighboring jurisdictions.

Anyone with information about these crimes is urged to contact the Arvada Police Department.
