Members of the CRIT team apprehended the suspect as he was entering the restaurant.Emery Andrew Lewis (DOB 3/20/83) was apprehended wearing the hat and other garments seen in previous surveillance video, and had a BB gun that resembled a 9mm pistol (same as was used in previous robberies) as well as a robbery note.
