The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is hosting a series of public meetings in each of the 15 RTD districts to get public input on the options for moving forward with the agency’s FasTracks transit expansion program. FasTracks continues to be impacted by slumping sales tax revenues and escalating construction materials costs, like steel, copper and concrete and fuel.
It is critical for Arvadans to show their continued support for the completion of the Gold Line. A public meeting is scheduled in Arvada on October 22. Make plans to attend: get an overview of the status of FasTracks, hear about options being explored, and offer your feedback.
