Nominate an Exceptional Employee

The Exceptional Employee program honors City of Arvada employees who have provided outstanding services above and beyond their normal job duties/functions and have been nominated by a co-worker, supervisor, subordinate as well as citizens/customers or employees from other agencies.

The Exceptional Employees are given a ceremony and presented with an individual plaque. In addition, their name will be engraved on a plaque displayed at City Hall.  These Exceptional Employees are given a gift certificate or gift card to one of Arvada’s finest business and an Exceptional Employee parking space.
