Mailroom & Reception

The Mailroom / Reception division provides support and services to City departments with mailing services and information/reception services.

PROGRAMS:

Mailing Services - Provides mail delivery and pickup to city departments, metering of all outgoing mail and delivery to the Post Office.

Reception Services - Provides information and direction to visitors entering city hall and answers the city's main phone line and call center phone.
