Laptop Batteries Recalled for Possible Fire Risk

It is possible for some lithium-Ion batteries used in Hewlett-Packard, Toshiba, and Dell notebook computers to overheat, which could pose a risk of fire.   Nineteen reports of overheating batteries have been filed, with two incidents causing burns to users.  Check out the Consumer Product Safety Commission website at  www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09035.html for further information and to find out if your battery is being recalled.
