Information Technology Strategic Plan

This document outlines current standards, issues and projects facing the City and the Arvada Fire Protection District.  It is a 5 year picture of the major technology and business systems and their current standards.  It also describes rationale for determining the need for new systems, the procurement process and finally implementation and review in appendix C.  It is not meant to be all inclusive, rather a vision into the future and a grounding back to what we have done.
