Information Systems
The Information Systems division provides support and services to City departments, manages Information Technology projects and employees in the areas of telecommunications, systems automation and information retrieval.
PROGRAMS:
Telecommunications - Responsible for operation of voice and data lines and equipment. Including voice mail and main reception duties.
Financial Management System - Manages the computer systems for the daily financial transactions of the City including payroll, accounts payables/receivables, fixed assets, budget processes and general ledger.
Public Safety System - Manages the computer systems for 911 police dispatch system, records and court applications.
Web Services - Develop and maintain web applications. Also responsible for the creation and maintenance of e-government applications.
Utility Billing and Sales Tax Systems - Manages the computer systems for Utility Billing and Sales Tax. Including customer records, account information, delinquents and printouts of billing invoices.
