The Information Systems division provides support and services to City departments, manages Information Technology projects and employees in the areas of telecommunications, systems automation and information retrieval.
ERP System Administration - Provide IT support, programming, system administration, training and budget management for the City ERP system.
Point of Sale and Customer Information Systems - Provide daily support and system administration for all City operated systems with a customer interface. This includes Ticketing and constituent management systems at the Arvada Center, restaurant point of sale systems, pro shop systems, and systems supporting our banquet operations.
Web Services - Develop and maintain web applications. Also responsible for the creation and maintenance of e-government applications.
Utility Billing and Sales Tax Systems - Manages the computer systems for Utility Billing and Sales Tax. Including customer records, account information, delinquents and printouts of billing invoices.
Database Administration - Design, maintenance and tuning for all relational database systems used throughout the organization.
Project Management - Development of project and program management processes for the organization. Management of IT related implementation and upgrade projects.
