POSTPONED High Tea for Seniors
The High Tea for Seniors has been postponed until March 30 due to inclement weather forecast.

One sip at a time, that is how the Annual “High Tea for Seniors” is enjoyed! This highly anticipated annual gathering brings old friends together while meeting new ones in a comfortable setting with plenty of entertainment and conversation.
This year’s event will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2013 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the Community Recreation Center, 6842 Wadsworth Boulevard, Arvada. Entrance requirements include a warm smile, a minimum age of 90, the love of good company and the ability to engage in fun conversation.
This year’s guests will enjoy delicious sandwiches, fresh fruit and tempting desserts, not to mention a cup of tea. Entertainment will be provided by Jeff Waters, Ragtime Musician. In addition, each participant will also receive a take-home gift to remember the day. There is no charge for this event – just those warm smiles. However, space is limited to approximately 70 Seniors age 90 or older, so reservations will be required.
