Free Summer Concert Series Schedule Announced

Once again, Apex Park and Recreation District is presenting a free summer concert series, co-sponsored by the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District, Prospect Recreation and Park District, Kaiser Permanente, the Arvada Festivals Commission, Sooper Credit Union, PrideMark Paramedics, and the City of Arvada.  Bring a picnic, friends and family, and relax with outdoor music on a beautiful summer evening!

The evening family series is in McIlvoy Park, 5750 Upham Street, from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m..

Tuesday, June 17: Colorado National Guard Band
Thursday, July 3: North 40 - Colorado Country Music Hall of Fame Band of the Year
Thursday, July 17: Groove Society - Award winning jazz and a capella vocal group
Thursday, July 31: The Fables - A tribute to the music of John Lennon and Paul McCartney
 
The children's Tuesday morning series is from 9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. at Pioneer Pavilion, 9101 Ralston Road:

Tuesday, July 15:  Mary Sue & Cari - Interactive music with kids and their parents
Tuesday, July 29: Rosey Rosebud - Magic, humor and acrobatics
