Jefferson County Mediation Services (JCMS)provides professional dispute resolution assistance,at no cost,to persons referred by Jefferson County agencies. Originally designed in 1994 to handle neighborhood conflicts, JCMS now provides a range of mediation services for resolution of conflicts between government and citizens, landlords and tenants, homeowners and contractors, and citizens and businesses.
