FACES (Family Advocacy, Care, Education and Support) was established in 1974. The Home Visitation Program was developed to provide parenting education, support and advocacy services for the prevention of child abuse, neglect and family violence to families in the metro Denver Community.

Building on family strengths is the focus for home visits tailored to meet the needs of each family we serve. The Program serves families with children between the ages of birth and twelve years. Our professional family counselors work at increasing positive parenting attitudes and parenting skills by teaching age appropriate expectations of children, how to value a child’s feelings and needs, positive discipline techniques, anger management skills, and appropriate family roles and responsibilities. They also provide parents with counseling, emotional support, case management and advocacy.
