Jefferson County Public Library
Jefferson County Public Library was established in 1952 and has since grown to become a technologically progressive and service-oriented library system for the 528,000 county residents.
Two of our libraries are located in Arvada--the Standley Lake Library at 8485 Kipling Street and the Arvada Library at 7525 W. 57th Ave. Both libraries are full-service library facilities, offering access to more than one million items in our collection, as well as access to the Internet via our public computers and free wireless network.
Both offer an impressive range of library programs and services, including award-winning children's programs.
We also offer adult and teen programs, research databases, book groups, community meeting rooms, study rooms and more.
Our Online Library won the 2005 Colorado Association of Libraries web site of the year award: http://jefferson.lib.co.us
