Welcome to Jeffco Public Schools, the educational home of more than 84,000 of Colorado's finest students. Step inside one of our 148 schools and you will see a staff dedicated to building a bright future for every student. Our staff is supported by a committed school board, involved parents and a caring community that combine to provide quality education that prepares all children for a successful future.

The school district is the largest in Colorado offering a variety of learning opportunities to meet the diverse needs of our students. We have small schools nestled in mountain communities and large urban campuses. In addition, to our 129 neighborhood schools, we have nine option schools which have a special educational focus and 10 charter schools operated by community groups.
