Counseling Information

Substance Abuse Evaluations - Evaluations must be completed through a certified Substance Abuse Counselor and the defendant must appear in Court to review the counselor's recommendations with the Judge.

Substance Abuse Counseling - Counseling must be completed through a certified Substance Abuse Counselor, and the Court must receive monthly reports of compliance or the defendant must appear in Court to explain why he/she is not in compliance.

Domestic Violence Counseling - Counseling for Domestic Violence is normally 36 weeks long and must be completed through a certified Domestic Violence Counselor. The Court must receive monthly reports of compliance or the defendant must appear in Court to explain why he/she is not in compliance.

Mental Health Evaluations - Evaluations must be completed through a certified Mental Health Professional and the defendant must appear in Court to review the counselor's recommendations with the Judge.

Mental Health Counseling - Counseling for mental health issues must be completed through a certified Mental Health Professional. The length of mental health counseling is decided by the judge and the counselor based on monthly reports of compliance to the Court.
