Ask Arvada Is Now Available Via Twitter, iPhone, and Android

The City of Arvada has integrated our award winning CRM System Ask Arvada, with Twitter. You can now report an issue and ask your question to the City directly from your Twitter account. All you need to do is follow cityofarvada from your twitter page and send us a direct message or tweet your request to @cityofarvada.

As a reminder you can also submit requests from your mobile device through the Ask Arvada application for both Android and I-phone. The application is called GORequest. You can get the iPhone application at the iTunes store and you can download the Android application directly from your phone at http://market.android.com/details?id=com.govoutreach.gorequest.

Support for Twitter is the latest enhancement to Ask Arvada, the City's citizen relationship management (CRM) solution from Government Outreach.
