Arvada Center Jazz and Ballet Concerts

EVENTS:  Jazz Concert: Reflections of the Times
The Arvada Center’s annual spring jazz dance concert is sure to be fun for the entire family. The Center’s jazz, modern, tap and hip hop students will present Reflections of the Times. The dancers explore how music and dance of the 20th century were used as a voice to comment on social and political affairs in the world, or how to escape the worries of the day.
Saturday, June 14 at 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 15 at 2:00 & 7:00 p.m.        

 
Ballet Concert: Winnie the Pooh and Eloise
This year the Arvada Center ballet students will present two delightful story ballets, Winnie the Pooh and Eloise. The adventures of Christopher Robin and Eloise are sure to delight and tickle the funny bone in all of us.
Saturday, June 21 at 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 22 at 2:00 & 7:00 p.m.
