AIMS - Online Maps - Instructions & Disclaimer

Welcome to the City of Arvada's Internet Mapping Service (AIMS)

Arvada's Internet Mapping Service provides the public with access to the City’s GIS system. The service can be used to view interactive maps of the City, and to get extended information for properties and facilities within the City of Arvada.

First time users are advised to read the online help document before entering the map service to learn about the available tools and functionality used in the map viewer.

The map browser will work best for users with a broadband connection to the Internet. The mapping service uses the latest web standards; therefore, it may not function completely in older Internet browsers.

Please follow the links within the mapping service to find Parcel Ownership data or go directly to the appropriate County Assessor's Parcel Search web pages (Jefferson or Adams).

Further development on the interactive map is currently in progress so check back with us regularly for added features and data. Please email us with questions, comments, and suggestions related to the map service.
