About Special Meetings

Special meetings are those meetings held on a day other than a Monday, which are called for the purpose of transacting limited municipal business, which cannot otherwise be transacted in a timely fashion. A meeting held on a Tuesday in the place of a Monday meeting shall not be considered a special meeting.
