Aerial Photography

In conjunction with other municipalities around Denver that participate in DRCOG new aerial photography (DRAPP) was acquired of Arvada in 2008 and delivered to the Geodata Services Division in early 2009.

Arvada also participated in the DRCOG aerial photography project in 2006, however in 2008 the imagery resolution was increased to 6" while in 2006 the resolution was 12". See a comparison between 6" and 12" imagery resolution.

Work on the 2010 DRAPP project has already begun with Arvada again participating with other DRCOG communities. You can follow the progress on this project through the DRCOG website.
